Frequently asked questions
How many guests fit in a bungalow?
Houses 8, 9, 12 and 13 sleep 4 guests, houses 10 and 11 up to 6 guests. Houses 8 to 11 also have a sleeping loft; houses 12 and 13 are entirely single-storey.
How can I book direct?
Our availability overview shows all free dates for the 6 houses. Choose your arrival and departure dates in the row of your preferred house and book directly with your host – without going through a booking portal.

How much does a night cost?
Bungalow no. 8 & 9: from 150 € per night (low season) or 170 € (high season). Bungalow no. 10 & 11: from 190 € or 210 €. Bungalow no. 12 & 13: from 170 € or 190 €. Plus 50 € final cleaning per stay; electricity and water are included. Minimum stay: 3 nights, from 1 June: 5 nights.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed in house 10, at 10 € per night. The garden is not fenced.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Other times are possible by arrangement.
How far is it to Senftenberg Lake?
The Waldsiedlung is only about 300 metres from Senftenberg Lake – a few minutes’ walk to the beach.
What is included in the bungalows?
All bungalows have a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and a parking space. A linen package can be added for 15 € per person.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 100 € is paid in cash on arrival and returned when you leave the house in proper condition.

House rules
- No smoking in any of the houses
- Indoor slippers are required
- No parties or large gatherings

Sleeping loft
The sleeping loft (Houses 8–11) is accessed via a fixed ladder and is not suitable for small children.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Other times available by arrangement.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in House 10 (10 €/night). The garden is not fenced.
Security deposit
A security deposit of 100 € in cash is required on arrival. It will be returned upon orderly departure.
Final cleaning
50 € per stay. We kindly ask that you leave the bungalow swept and the dishes washed.
